Rigel Limited Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Rigel Enterprises.

This Limited Warranty applies to Products you purchased from Rigel Enterprises for your own use and not for resale.

 

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

 

H ow long does the coverage last?

 

The Warranty Period for Mobile Charging and Data transfer Cables purchased from Rigel Enterprises is onethousandninety-five (1095) days from the date of purchase. A replacement Mobile Charging and Data transfer Cable assumes the remaining warranty of the original Mobile Charging and Data transfer Cable or three hundred eighty (380) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

 

The Warranty Period for Pre Assembled Desktop Computers purchased from Rigel Enterprises is onethousandninety-five (1095) days from the date of purchase. A replacement Pre Assembled Desktop Computer or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Pre Assembled Desktop Computer or five hundred eighty (580) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

 

The Warranty Period for Desktop Computer Accessories purchased from Rigel Enterprises is onethousandninety-five (1095) days from the date of purchase. The replacement Desktop Computer Accessories or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Desktop Computer Accessories or five hundred eighty (580) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

 

The Warranty Period for Electronic Equipment purchased from Rigel Enterprises is three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of purchase. A replacement Electronic Equipment or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Electronic Equipment or one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

 

The Warranty Period for Mobile Accessories excluding Charging and Data transfer Cables purchased from Rigel Enterprises is three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of purchase. The replacement Mobile Accessories excluding Charging and Data transfer Cables or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Mobile Accessories excluding Charging and Data transfer Cables or one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

 

The Warranty Period for Eye-wear lens purchased from Rigel Enterprises is three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of purchase. The replacement Eye-wear lens assumes the remaining warranty of the original Eye-wear lens or one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

 

The Warranty Period for Wrist watches purchased from Rigel Enterprises is three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of purchase. A replacement Wrist watch or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Wrist watch or one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

 

 

What will we do to correct problems?

We will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or Replace the product in question with a new one.

 

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

 

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

 

Types of Warranty Service

 

1. Customer Replaceable Unit (“CRU”) Service

Under CRU Service, we will ship CRUs to you at its cost for installation by the customer. CRU information and replacement instructions are shipped with replacement product and are available from Rigel at any time upon request. CRUs that are easily installed by customer are called “Self-service CRUs”. “Optional-service CRUs “are CRUs that may require some technical skill and tools. Installation of Self- service CRUs is customer’s responsibility. The requirement to return a defective CRU, if any, will be specified in the instructions shipped with a replacement CRU.

When return is required:

1) return instructions and a container will be included with the replacement CRU.

2) Customer may be charged for the replacement CRU if we does not receive the defective CRU from customer within thirty (30) days of customer’s receipt of the replacement CRU.

2. On-site Service

Under On-Site Service, a Service Provider will either repair or exchange the product at customer’s location. Customer must provide a suitable working area to allow disassembly and reassembly of the product. Some repairs may need to be completed at a service center. If so, the Service Provider will send the product to the service center at customer’s expense.

3. Courier or Depot Service

Under Courier or Depot Service, your product will be repaired or exchanged at a designated service center, with shipping at the expense of the Customer. Customer is responsible for packing defective product in a shipping container to return his product to a designated service center. A courier will pick up customer’s product and deliver it to the designated service center. The service center will return the repaired or replaced product to customer at customer’s expense.

4. Product Exchange Service

Under Product Exchange Service, We will ship a replacement product to customer’s location. He/She shall be responsible for its installation and verification of its operation. The replacement product becomes customer’s property in exchange for the failed product, which becomes the property of Rigel. Customer must pack the failed product in the shipping carton in which He/She received the replacement product and return it to Rigel. Transportation charges, both ways, shall be at customer’s expense. If customer fail to use the carton in which the replacement product was received, he/she may be responsible for any damage to the failed product occurring during shipment. Customer may be charged for the replacement product if Rigel does not receive the failed product within thirty (30) days of his/her receipt of the replacement product.
